In the domain of international private law the Law Office works in the area of personality status, family-legal relations (effects, divorce and marriage invalidity with a foreign element, adoption with a foreign element), succession-legal relations (legal succession, testament succession), property-legal relations (real estate and movables), obligation relations (contractual relations, the forms of contract and out-of-contract relations).
In terms of Process International Private
Law, the Law Office performs the following: recognition and enforcement of
foreign court decisions in Bosnia and Herzegovina, representation of foreign citizens in
exercising family rights (right of a foreigner to marriage, adoption and custody) and
inheritance rights of foreigners.
