Drafting of appeals to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina due to the violations of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The appeals submitted to the Constitutional Court of Bosnia & Herzegovina will contain explained requirements which will refer to the practice applied by the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg and which is binding for all, including the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
